Sophie's BBQ & Four Birds Distilling Fire Relief

Unfortunately, a fire broke out at the new location of Sophies BBQ and Four Birds Distilling Co, which was reported at approximately 12:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 22. The restaurant is situated in the 1900 block of Darby Road. Although no one was harmed during the incident, this fire has affected two family-owned businesses that have invested their hard work, passion, and finances into this establishment. Greg and Norah, the owners of Sophie's BBQ, named the restaurant after their three-year-old daughter Sophie and recently welcomed a new addition to the family, baby Henry, in January of this year. As for Four Birds, (no further information provided).

If you would like to show your support during this difficult time, any donations made will go towards the families of the affected employees of both restaurants. Although insurance covers the damage to the restaurant, the process of recovery can be a lengthy one. Therefore, both families would greatly appreciate any love and support they can receive right now.
