Sophie's ICU Bill

Our beautiful little Sophie needs some kindness. On March 21st, our 11 year-old chihuahua unexpectedly went into heart failure after her morning walk. She was rushed to the emergency vet for treatment, and we have been quoted that her anticipated hospital bill will be $2-$3k. As you may know, Sophie's human dad, Ash, recently lost his job due to the sudden closure of his training program and is in the middle of finding employment in another position, so we would greatly appreciate any and all help.

Sophie's prognosis is good with treatment, but without treatment, she will cross the Rainbow Bridge. Sophie is currently in the ICU receiving oxygen therapy and medicine to get the extra fluid out of her lungs. Please help us cover her vet bill so we can bring her home to be with her 14-year-old chihuahua sister.

Prior to this event, Sophie was a happily adopted rescue living her best life. She would very much like to go back to chasing birds and barking whenever someone knocks on the door.
