Sophie’s London Marathon Race for Griffin Lodge

As many of you already know, my Auntie Laura is deaf and autistic. Because of her needs, she has lived in residential care for her adult life. Over the years, Griffin Lodge have cared for and shaped my Auntie Laura into the person she is today. They give her the independence she needs by encouraging her to cook, clean and make her own ups of tea - the things most people take for granted. I am eternally grateful for all of their love and care over the years, we’d be truly lost without them. So I am taking this opportunity to show them just how much they mean to me and my family. I would like to raise as much money as possible to ensure the house are able to buy new equipment that suit the needs of all their residents, not just my Auntie Laura.
