Sorry Not Sorry - Legal Fund

Headed by award-winning bartenders Rachelle ‘Rocky’ Hair and Jenna Hemsworth - Sorry Not Sorry is a collective project committed to bringing awareness and active change in the hospitality community around abuse, assault and discrimination.

In March 2025 we are launching our initial activation of the 'Sorry Not Sorry Bar Takeover Tour 'with the expressed aim to fundraise for our upcoming legal-cases against our ex-employer. Our initiative is more than just a fight for our individual rights—it's the kicking down of the door for change that will positively impact the global hospitality community. Through this fundraising campaign, we aim to ensure that our voices are heard, and our efforts are not silenced.

In a momentous effort that is almost always completely prohibited by financial constraints, we are determined to set the precedent needed for real consequences and change.

For all of those that have said it’s time to make change and asked how you can help - this is it. It’s time to stand up and put those sentiments into tangible action. We will never apologise for speaking up.

If a costs order is made in our favour, this could mean that we end up raising more money than we need to pay our legal costs. If this happens, we will make a donation of any surplus funds to a charitable organisation that aids with advocacy of survivors of workplace abuse. Surplus funds will include any amount recovered through a costs order, as well as any funds raised that exceed the total amount charged by our lawyers.
