S.O.S please help Wendy badly injured stray cat

This female stray, who we have named Wendy, has been found having had a rope tied so tighty round her neck that it is embedded. 

She will have been in horrific pain for some time. Some evil human beings will have done this to her and as she has grown, the rope has cut into her skin. Words fail to express how I feel about anyone who could do this to an innocent defenceless cat!

We have trapped her and getting her to the vet today but we need help, please to have her admitted since the vet bills are so high that the account has been locked. The number of injured strays recently have been huge but we simply cannot walk on by. PLEASE help to support us and to support Wendy
