Prevent Deportation of an Undocumented Family

Update:

Since we got 75% of our goal, we were able to establish residence, paid for Samoan police clearances & Samoan medical clearances for each child. And paid for the application and court hearing fees. Only thing left is the sponsorship bonds.

The remaining part of our $7000 goal is for paying the Immigration Bonds for each kid and my partner.

My name is Michael Tanuvasa and I’m the father of 4 undocumented kids with an undocumented partner. We recently got illegally evicted from our apartment in American Samoa when our landlord found out my Wife & 4 kids were undocumented immigrants. And she stole our deposit totaling $2400.

So we are asking for help to pay for a deposit on a new apartment and help for my Wife & 4 Kids Immigration bonds. my wife and kids are Samoan citizens and Undocumented Immigrants here on US soil. Part of the requirements for the Immigration Sponsorship Bonds is having a stable Home, hence the Apartment deposit.

We are asking for money for the apartment deposit & immigration bonds so my kids can start school. And so my wife can get a job. Department of Education won’t let them start school without immigration cards.
