Sotka Family

On Thursday, March 26th 2020, Randy Sotka and his daughter Sadie were in an ATV accident. Sadie was thrown from the ATV and is ok but the ATV landed on Randy. He was flown by a Care Flight helicopter to Medical City Plano, a Level 1 Trauma Hospital and he is still in ICU there. Initially, he could not feel anything from the neck down but now he can move his arms but still no feeling in his legs. He had a four hour surgery to repair four fractured vertebrae's in his neck and another surgery to fix the herniated discs in his neck. His wife Jennifer was able to see Randy before he went in for the first surgery but due to the coronavirus lockdown at the hospital she had to leave. She has not been able to see him since and can only communicate with him by phone and FaceTime when the nurses assist him. 

We are asking you to pray for Randy and his family and to pray and ask The Lord what He wants to do through you to help the Sotka family. Please prayerfully consider giving financially to them during this difficult season. Jennifer is having conversations with her insurance agent and the insurance company about the costs. They are also gathering information on the Care Flight helicopter costs which range from $15,000 to $40,000. We are praying for a full recovery for Randy but he will be out of work for quite some time and we want to be the hands and feet of Jesus and help this wonderful family in their time of need. We know and trust that God has a plan for this and is in control. Randy and his family love Jesus and are trusting in Him. Thank you.
