Our Beloved Sister, Soua Yang

Soua Yang, daughter of Yong Chue Yang and Chong Xyooj, passed away on August 23, 2022. Her loved ones surrounded her as she took her final breath. She leaves behind her husband, three daughters, 1 son, and five beautiful grandchildren. She also leaves behind eight sisters and six brothers.

It all started in 2019. Soua began complaining about stomach pain. The diagnosis was devastating: Stage 4 Colon Cancer.

Soua was a very private person, but when it came to family, she had a lot of love to give. She showed her love through her excellent cooking and always made more than what was needed because it meant being surrounded by all the people she loved and adored. She had a big heart and loved her family so much. Her children were her pride and joy. She was a warrior and fought as hard as she could to stay. We love you and will miss you so much, dear sister.

As a promise to our sister, we hope to help alleviate any funeral expenses that her children may face. We want to ask the community, our friends and family, for support in raising money to cover the costs of the funeral, memorial services, and any outstanding medical bills the family may have as the family deals with this loss.
