Soul Food Dublin 'Freezebury' for Pieta House
What's happening,
My name is Ciaran O'Connor, and I am the proud owner of Soul Food Dublin and Soul Cafe in Portmarnock.
For the month of February, my good friend Sean Flanagan and I will be sea swimming for the amount of time the day is, and I will be personally matching the time spent in the sea with a donation each day, all funds will be given to Pieta House!
How it works is on the 1st of February = 1 minute in sea and 1 euro; on the 20th of February = 20 minutes in sea and 20 euros!
I will be donating 435 euros in total if my calculations are correct. We hope to raise awareness and funds to help pieta house give people in need hope and the treatment they need! Too many young people are taking their own lives, and it breaks my heart every time!
Any donations are greatly appreciated, but it is free to spread the word, tell a friend to tell a friend, and make sure to tag, share, and follow me along the journey on all my social media platforms!

More information about Pieta: Pieta provides a professional one-to-one therapeutic service to people who are in suicidal distress, those who engage in self-harm, and those bereaved by suicide. We need help more than ever to support our free, lifesaving work. We rely on the generosity of the public, whose donations and fundraising make up over 80% of our income. Sometimes it takes just one phone call, or one person who cares, to help someone begin to find their way back from suicide and feel safe. You can be that person.
