Mot de la rédaction

En tant que magazine indépendant, l’équipe d’À Flots consacre d’abord et avant tout ses efforts à la communauté qu’elle soutient. Au cours des derniers mois, Noa, Élise, Camille, Anthony et moi-même avons dévoué notre temps à la mise en place d’une nouvelle plateforme rassembleuse et inspirante. C’est pourquoi nous faisons appel à votre générosité afin de permettre à ce projet de s’établir de manière durable dans la communauté artistique et universitaire.

Soutenir À Flots, c’est offrir aux artistes émergent.es les moyens d’explorer leurs formes d’arts dans de nouveaux contextes. C’est aussi participer au tissage de liens à travers les disciplines et à la formation d’une communauté créative diversifiée. Au final, c’est créer un climat d’échange permettant la rencontre des idées, la discussion et la collaboration dans le milieu culturel.

Plus concrètement, vos dons serviront entre autres au financement de l’impression de notre premier numéro; à l’élaboration d’un site web offrant une version électronique du numéro ainsi que du contenu additionnel; et à l’organisation d’un événement de lancement ouvert à tous.tes.

A word from the editor

As an independent magazine, the À Flots team devotes its efforts first and foremost to the community it supports. For the past few months, Noa, Élise, Camille, Anthony and I have devoted our time to setting up a new inspiring and unifying platform. That is why we are now appealing to your generosity to allow this project to establish itself durably within the artistic and academic community.

To support À Flots is to offer emerging artists the means to explore their art forms in new contexts. It also means participating in forging links between disciplines and in the formation of a diversified creative community. In the end, it is about creating a climate of exchange where ideas meet, and where discussion and collaboration can happen within a cultural sphere.

More concretely, your donations will go, among other things, toward financing the printing of our first issue; creating a website offering an electronic version of the issue as well as additional content; and organizing a launch event open to everyone.
