Hello South Park,

Have you ever arrived at South Park at night, looked up at the canopy of twinkling lights greeting you as you walk or drive down Fern Street, and thought to yourself, wow, I just love it here.

Yeah us too! As business owners here in South Park we take so much pride in our community and we look at these lights as such a big part of keeping this community beautiful and safe.

However, over time our beautiful lights have lost some of their shine due to damage and vandalization, and they need some major love.

It is a costly endeavor, but we think it’s worth it! In the past, this expense has been entirely taken on by our South Park Business Group for the betterment of our neighborhood, but as we all know, Covid hit everyone hard, us businesses included, and this kind of repair can no longer rest in our hands alone -- WE NEED YOUR HELP!

So, we are reaching out to you, OUR ENTIRE COMMUNITY, businesses and neighbors together, to help get our lights on the trees repaired and upgraded. What is included in our fundraising efforts — removal of all broken lights, increased illumination throughout our neighborhood for added charm + safety, an upgrade to energy-efficient lights that are harder to vandalize or tamper with, and the maintenance of all of our lighting for 2 years+.
