Special Forces Association Parachute Team.
Donation protected
The Special Forces Association Parachute Team is a brotherhood of active duty, retired military, and Department of Defense personnel. The team, originally known as the Green Beret Sport Parachute Club, was formed in 1961 at Ft. Bragg. They are a 501 (C)(19) nonprofit organization.
The SFAP Team is composed of highly trained, professional, parachutists. They perform at all types of venues for many different occasions. The team's mission is to better the lives of veterans along with all uniformed service members and their families by providing free-fall parachute demonstrations.
Our disabled veterans face extraordinary emotional and physical challenges. The SFAP Team wants wounded veterans to know they are capable of living successfully. Jumping from 14,000 ft most definitely builds confidence and reminds them that life is good! That's how they give back.
The team is in need of funds for equipment and continued operating costs. New professional equipment is needed now as nicer weather nears and more events are being added to the calendar. Travel costs, aircraft use, and regular maintenance of all equipment are needed as well.
When you think of our uniformed service members, consider the sacrifices they have made for this great country of ours. They've earned our respect and deserve our support. We'd greatly appreciate your donation. Help the SFAP Team give back. Thank you.
