Hi, we’re Asia and JD, and have an amazing fun-loving special needs and physically disabled son. As parents, we always want our children to be able to live the best life possible. With our son’s inability to walk, taking vacations and trips in general have been very challenging. In mid-August 2023 we purchased a toy hauler (travel trailer) so that we could always have a way to go on family trips and not have to worry about simple things like finding hotels that are wheelchair friendly. We drove hundreds of miles from Houston to find a perfect one for our family. However, before we even got to use it, it was stolen from the storage facility in Webster on Sep 28th. We are crushed beyond measure.
The person who stole this toy hauler has not only robbed our son of his ability to travel, but also robbed him financially because money from his special needs trust was used to purchase the toy hauler. I’m planning to make every public appeal possible, but our primary concern right now is making sure our son is made financially whole. Every little bit helps.
I will be posting pictures from the storage facility security camera in case anyone can identify the person or truck.
As always, the more who people see this, the better the chances are of us recovering the toy hauler travel trailer. Thank you all in advance for sharing, praying, and donating.
