Specialized Wheelchair Cushion for Rob's Wound

Hi, my name is Michele and I'm raising funds for a special wheelchair cushion to protect Rob's wound from further injury.

Rob Wagner was in a car accident decades ago leaving him confined to a wheelchair. But that hasn’t stopped Rob from living a productive, active life! Rob is married to his faith-filled wife, LaShon and is the father of Chelsea and three adopted children - Thomas, Maggie, & Joey.

You may not have seen Rob this past year at New Hope Church or at his kids activities including cross country and track for Indy Genesis because he has been nursing a wound that has left him bedridden for over a year.

Even after all this time, that wound has still not completely healed. The team of doctors is now suggesting this could be a chronic condition and it is time to start getting up and moving around and enjoying family activities.

To support this transition, he needs a few expensive devices to help protect the wound and him from further injury. One is a special cushion to relieve the pressure on the wound while sitting/moving around in his wheelchair. Because the cushion is not covered under insurance, I’m setting up this Go Fund Me to raise money to purchase the cushion.
