Spec’s funeral fundraiser

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our dear Peter “Spec” on the 27th of July after a long fight with cancer. We are seeking to raise funds to ensure he receives the farewell he deserves.

Even in the face of his illness, he persevered in his efforts to provide for our family, spending time with his grandchildren and creating lasting memories. His determination and commitment were incredibly motivating.

Peter's unwavering determination and resilience are proven in his commitment to continue working 12-hour shifts despite having a nephrostomy bag in his kidney and a catheter to manage the aggressive spread of bladder cancer in his body.

As he continued on his journey, he was granted financial assistance by the government due to his inability to work, offering some respite during his most challenging moments. Unfortunately, we have now been requested to reimburse a portion of this aid because of mistakes made by them, creating further financial difficulties.

We are seeking assistance from our loved ones, relatives, and compassionate individuals to assist us in creating the best funeral possible. Your contribution will alleviate the financial difficulties on our family, enabling us to concentrate on honoring Peter and seeking peace during this hard time.
