Speedway Benevolant Fund

Donation protected
Hi everybody, as you know it’s been a crazy year for everyone including British speedway with very little action here in the UK this year. The speedway riders benevolent fund has been helping riders over the years and their support for an injured rider is invaluable. Due to the COVID pandemic the SRBF haven’t had the chance to raise as much funds as they normally would. For a while now I’ve wanted to give something back to the Ben Fund and have been thinking about how I could do this. Me and my friend Guy Clarkson, have decided to do a sponsored cycle ride. Starting at the Abbey Stadium, Blunsdon and finishing at the National Speedway Stadium, Manchester. The ride is 156 miles which we hope to complete in one day. I had to have an operation on my shoulder in late July to help keep it from dislocating, thankfully I’m well on the mend and my shoulder feels as though it’s getting back to being 100%. We thought the cycle ride was a great way to support the Benevolent Fund, as well as at the same time keeping me fit and healthy for the up and coming 2021 season! This is a mammoth challenge for me and Guy, but is one that we feel is definitely achievable and absolutely worthwhile for a such great cause! The event will take part on the 5th December. Updates of the day will be available on social media from the start of the ride to the finish. I appreciate times have been hard for everyone but every littles helps if you are able please donate! There will be more information closer to the time! Thank you! Kyle ✌️
