On 15th June, I will be running 100k (62 miles) over the South Downs in order to raise money for the Synagogue. The Synagogue needs to upgrade their security systems at a cost of over £20,000 so every penny raised will be gratefully received.

Last summer you helped me raise over £1,000 when I ran 50k, my longest distance to date. So as I'm doubling the distance this year, it would be fantastic to double the amount raised!
