Spencer Family Medical Expenses

Kathryn Spencer is 2 years old, cuddly and courageous, and in need of a bone marrow transplant.  In July, she was diagnosed with an extremely rare genetic disorder called Hurler Syndrome.  Without treatment, she would have a very short life - but with successful treatment, her chances are great - she should be able to have the life her parents dreamed for her.
While insurance does cover a large portion of the medical bills for Kathryn's various medicines, procedures and therapies, there are many uncovered costs that are required when you are trying to save your daughter's life.  Her parents, Laura and Kevin, are committed to do what they need to do to meet all her needs - but the expectation is that one of them will need to take an extended period of time off of work,  as Kathryn will be in the hospital for 2 months and at home, with restricted outside access, for an additional 4 months.
This GoFundMe drive is to help support the costs their family will be incurring over the next 6 months, to try to ease that burden, so that they can focus their attention where it belongs - on sweet Kathryn.
