Spinnaker Tower Abseil for Veterans In Action
On Sunday 30th July 2023 at 12 noon, I will be abseiling down the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth to raise funds and the Profile of Veterans In Action charity.
Between 2009 and 2012, VIA offered myself numerous lifelines when I was experiencing chapters of Anguish and Adversity in My Life Journey, including Charity Walks from John O Groats to Lands End and Lands End to Dover Castle & Photography Projects. My choice of doing the abseil is my way of giving back to VIA Respect & Gratitude for the work they do for veterans.
Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
I will also be doing the Abseil in Memory of Scott Mitchell a long time school friend whom sadly lost his life recently.
More information about Veterans In Action: Veterans In Action (VIA) is a charity that helps veterans who suffer from the effects of war or who find it hard to adjust to civilian life.
VIA use a unique program called the ALIVE Program that has three distinct stages that put the onus on the individual to make the changes, in order for them to move forward.
