Spirits Up! Black Wellness Space

Spirits Up! stands for collectively working to heal the black community through yoga & meditation, by any means necessary.
Spirits Up! is setting out to bring a wellness center to Philadelphia, which will provide yoga, meditation, and holistic healing for the black community. Part of this money raised will also go to the continuation of Spirits Up! and its efforts in healing the black community both in spaces and online. 
Historically and presently, there have not been many yoga spaces filled with black faces. Representation matters, especially when diving deep into meditation and spiritual practices.
Please assist us in enriching healing practices within our own community and provide tools for personal liberation, as well as a collective black liberation.
