Hi, my names Will. I'm an experienced anti-poaching ranger based in South Africa. My objective is the protection of wildlife from the ever-increasing threat of armed poachers.

At the turn of the 20th century, half a million rhinos roamed Asia and Africa; now it is estimated there could be as few as 26,000. The vast majority of which, up to 18,500, are in South Africa. In the last decade, it's estimated 9,800 have fallen, and almost 1000 rangers have fallen with them…

Due to government legislation in South Africa, I am only permitted to act in this capacity as a volunteer. Which I did for several years, only to end up penniless, with no hope of continuing what I’d set out to achieve. This, I need your help to change.

In those years I performed in multiple capacities, from ground patrols to reaction units, right the way up to intelligence-driven task team operations. I did all of this for free.

I'm going back, and I plan on keeping my boots on the ground there, for as long as humanly possible. This will only be possible with your help.

With your help, all the pocket change, pennies, and pounds you send my way will go towards my kit, ration, and expenses involved in keeping an operation like this afloat, and keep me in the fight against the slaughter of innocent wildlife.
