Sponsor us to run 5km, in support of 43rd Bristol Scouts
Staff at Druid Stoke are going to be completing a 5km run to help raise funds for the 43rd Bristol Scouts who are working hard to raise money to build a new scout community centre!
We will be running from Druid Stoke Care Home BS9 1DE, to the end of Druid Stoke Avenue which meets at Druid Hill, and back 5 times to achieve a 5km total, on the 22nd July 2024
Please give what you can, every little helps
The new facility will…
…allow the Beavers, Cubs and Scouts to
have a safe space to meet which will enable
them to continue to learn new life skills
which will stay with them forever.
The new facility will…
…be accessible and become a centre-piece
for our community which will enable many
different types of local groups to meet.
The new facility will…
…last for many generations as the new
building will be a low carbon design and so
be sustainable for now and the future.
For our children
and our community
Imagine being able to provide the Beavers,
Cubs and Scouts with a purpose-built centre
that will help them with their development
into adulthood.
Imagine being able to provide our
community with a space where they can
meet, as currently they struggle to do this.
We have planning permission to do all of
this and more – and with your help, we can
achieve this together.
