Spratty vs. Cancer - Help save my Butt!

Hello my peeps! For those of you who don't know me, my name is Adam Spratt. I'm 6' & 1/2" tall, 173 lbs, like to go on hikes with my beloved dogs, Netflix binging and long walks on the beach...sounds like a pretty good catch!
Only thing is, I don't have much money...and also I have cancer...so depends on if you're a glass half empty or glass half full kind of a person.
Yes I do have a bit of a warped sense of humour ;)
On a more serious note, this is literally a fight to "Save My Butt". In July this summer I was diagnosed with anal canal mucinous adenocarcenoma. This is a relatively rare type of cancer and can be quite resistant to chemo and radiation. As of about a month and a half ago it hadn't metastasized...which is a good thing.
The oncologists want to go at the tumour hard with chemo and radiation for 5 weeks and then 8-12 weeks after that they want to perform an abdominoperineal resection. Which in laymen terms means removing my butthole, leaving me with a colostomy bag henceforth.
As you can imagine, I'm not so keen on losing my butthole (although some of my ex's might like the idea of me minus the asshole part). Over the last month and a bit, I have done a lot of research into some alternative therapies that may very well work on their own, however if they need some help, we may look at an integrative approach with the conventional therapies.
This is where all of you come in. I have a few obstacles in the way of my treatment:
1. I've had to step down from my full time position to take this battle on
2. I'm single, so I'm going at this predominantly on my own
3. Any alternative therapies are not covered by healthcare
Just recently, October 15, 2019, I found out that the cancer goes up farther than we originally thought. So now time is of the essence. I have a small window of opportunity to go at this tumour with everything we can throw at it in hopes of eradicating this beast.
My support team and I have put together a plan of attack but need the funding to make it happen.
Traditionally I'm not one to ask for help, it makes me feel like I can't take care of myself...however if ever there was a time to ask "for a little help from my friends" as the Beatles once said, I guess this would be it.
So here's me, swallowing my pride and asking for your help. Honestly every little bit will help, no matter how big or small. And if you're not in a financial position to help in any way, you can be just as powerful by sharing my message through social media.
