Spread Christmas Joy to Families in Need

Christmas is a time of giving and sharing the blessings we have been given with those around us. As many families begin their Christmas shopping, and children begin to count down the days to Christmas morning. Many other families won’t have the opportunity to give their children any gifts this Christmas.

This year I have decided to start “The Christmas Project,” a project dedicated to helping families in our communities during this Christmas season. This is a multi-step project. The first step of this project is to raise funds to buy the presents. The second step is to create a list of families in our communities who are financially struggling and cannot afford presents this Christmas. The third step is to reach out to these families and have the children list a few gifts they would like to receive. Lastly, on the week before Christmas, we will have a team that will deliver these presents to the families.

Most importantly, this project is an opportunity to spread the gospel. As mentioned, Christmas is about Jesus Christ and the sacrifice he made that day on the cross. This is why we also want to give a Bible to every family that participates! The word of the Lord is our greatest gift.

I understand this is a lot of information to intake, but this cannot be done without your help!

Our goal this year is to raise $2,000, as this is our first year. The more money we raise, the more families we can help! Any donations are accepted, no matter the amount!
