Spreading awareness for mens mental health

Hi my name is George, I’ve decided to set this up because I don’t like how little mens mental health is spoke about. People only decide to talk about Mens mental health when someone famous decides to take their own life and even then it’s spoke about for a few weeks then dropped which is not how it should work it shouldn’t take someone to finally reach their limit for this to be spoken about, this should be spoke about all the time so men reach for help anytime they want and not have to feel embarrassed or weak, speaking out is the best way forward I struggle with my mental health and I suffered for a long time on my own before I reached my limit and had to tell someone and that person was kyle, kyle has been my best mate throughout high school and when I finally told him that I wasn’t ok and I was struggling it was the best thing I’d ever done It felt like such a massive weight had been lifted off of me and it made me realise that I should have spoke to someone sooner because it has made me feel so much better, I never really saw many posts about mens mental health on social media which is why I think I bottled it up for so long and I’d never been told otherwise so it was almost the norm for me and maybe for many others as well and that’s what I’m trying to change I don’t want that to be the norm anymore I want the norm to be that men feel comfortable reaching out and talking about their mental health and not having to feel weak for doing so
