Spring Lake Park High School Girls Soccer
Donation protected
The 2022 Spring Lake Park High School’s girl soccer season is about to start, and we are looking for your help! Our philosophy is to provide a complete soccer education for players with support from parents while emphasizing the importance of technique, tactics, physical well-being, positive psychology, fair play, character, and self-training through the creation of a competitive soccer environment that places a premium on personal responsibility, integrity, good sportsmanship and commitment to teamwork.
Spring Lake Park is in arguably, the toughest conference in the state (7 entries in the state tournament in the last 3 years). In 2021 our Panther Girls finished 5th in the conference. As we work to improve on last year’s record and grow our program we are looking for your support.
Where will we use these booster funds? As we grow, so does our need for equipment. We plan to order jackets, bags and seasonal apparel so that the four Spring Lake Park girls teams (64+ girls) will be properly outfitted. We will also use funds for team-building activities. We would also have carb load team feeds the day before games, healthy snacks for away games, an end-of-year banquet, and other team activities. At the end of the school year we will use our booster funds for scholarships for graduating seniors.
Some of the expenses we expect:
- $1,500 Carb loads & game day snacks (4 teams)
- $1,500 Soccer bags for JV, B & 9A teams
- $1,500 Jackets for JV, B & 9A teams
- $750 Team shirts
- $2,500 Senior scholarships
- $750 Team night events (youth night, senior night, etc.)
- $1,500 Team awards banquet
- $10,000 Fundraising goal
