David Goggins 4x4x48 Challenge

On the 5th March, Myself and Jordan will be completing the well known 4x4x48 challenge from legendary former Navy Seal and Ultra Marathon runner David Goggins. 

It will consist of us running 4 miles, every 4 hours for 48 hours. 

We thought we would try to raise some money in aid of Dementia UK which is an illness thathas affected both of our families recently.
