Helping Cassandra Jewell into a new home

Hello I am Paige, I am wanting help in raising money for Cassandra Jewell who is living in a trailer house that’s falling apart and management does nothing about it. The roof has already collapsed in the kitchen area and the second bedroom months ago and it’s becoming winter which means it’s getting colder. The cabinets in the kitchen cannot be used anymore as it’s falling off as well! The carpet is no longer in place and is coming up too, this situation is very serious and unhealthy to be living in and she has no way of knowing when to get out. Additionally the management has put her on a “special deal” that if she doesn’t pay rent or “forgets” to pay rent on time she will be hit with an eviction notice. There are also 2 dogs living with her at the moment as well and it isn’t a good situation for them either. I think the management is doing a poor job of this and is treating her very poorly in this situation where they refuse to help her or help “fix” the issues as they themselves know that it’s not worth trying to fix.

shame on the management for being so selfish and disrespectful in disregarding a tenets well being and needs on their property that they bought. When you make an investment on a property where people pay to live you should prove you actually care for them too.

However this is not the case and it’s become increasingly difficult to even get in touch with the management lady who made the “deal” to begin with and makes it hard for my boyfriends mom to pay her rent. She has to let her work know she will be late in order to pay her rent.

I want to help her move into a way better place but I need help with that! Since winter is practically almost here I do not want her freezing in that trailer. She deserves a better place of living and so do the dogs too. Please help if you can, I know 10,000 is a lot but I am aiming to get her a place of better living. She needs a lot of new things once she moves as well. Anything can help, also the news people came by to look at the place and even they were shocked by it as well so Cassandra is hoping the news can shed light on this atrocious situation. Additionally, anytime she pays her rent which is early they don’t put it in until 2 days later which adds a $100 charge onto Cassandra’s additional rent so paying her rent isn’t helping or doing anything. Please anything helps!
