Sr. Fat Cat Vet Bills

Fat cat started having diarrhea and throwing up about 3 weeks ago we took him to the vet and spent 900 dollars so far getting testing done. He went from 22lb to 9lbs in the last couple weeks. Mind you I just spent another 882 dollars last week on a kitten I thought had broken legs but I ended up having to put her to sleep. So thing have been a little tight with vet bills. I got approved for a $1000 credit card which I’ve used almost all of it on the other cat before we realized our home cat was having health issues. They haven’t found anything wrong with fat cat but still want to do testing on him which is going to cost me at-least another $1000 dollars depending on the severity. He was my dads cat that past away 3 years ago so I can’t draw myself to put him to sleep. He still acts happy as can been and is still eating normal. We just have to figure out what’s going on and I’m now breaking into saving I have to buy a house next year. I’m beyond myself on what to do. He’s 13 years old so I get that he’s getting old but he has the chance of living to 20 and I feel like he really deserves the chance. I never ask for anything but at this point I’m desperate I don’t want to loose him.
