Jessie needs your help

Jessie was cute and loved when her owners bought her as a baby but in the last 11.5 years Jessie was sleeping outside, roaming in her town Fuquay-Varina NC until owners decided she had to go. We met Jessie thinking we would come up with the plans and get her later but when we saw condition she's in we put her in my car and here we're on way to emergency vet. Jessie has several tumors, open wounds and bleeding. I can't do this alone. Thank you.
