Restore the Barn at Seed Savers

Donation protected
Built in 1929 and one of the few remaining of its time, the barn at Seed Savers Exchange is in critical need of some TLC.

Repairing the barn this year is necessary so that this structure can remain a functional building on our seed farm. A symbol of our agrarian roots and our connection to the land, it is also where we continue to house educational events, process seeds, and inspire visitors with the story of our work protecting our heirloom seed supply. Construction is scheduled to start this fall and you can play a part in making it happen.

Give today and your donation will help:
• Reshingle the roof to keep it watertight
• Replace aging barn sashes
• Repair board and batten siding
• Put our best face forward with a fresh coat of paint

This effort to save our barn is vital. Only with these repairs will the barn be able to proudly stand at our headquarters for years to come, where it can continue to serve as both a symbol of our work and mission and as a place to perform it—something that is near and dear to my heart.
