St Albans Catholic Primary School

As some of you may have heard Olena Franasiuk mother to Milenka in Y3 St Elizabeth sadly lost her husband Tolik over the Easter holidays.

Olena and her daughters Milenka and Karina had to leave her husband in their home country and have settled here in Molesey becoming a huge part of our St Alban's family. I'm sure many of you know her from her work in the after school club as well as seeing her daily at the school gates.

Their family have already faced some incredibly difficult situations and obviously there has been an outpouring of support for the family and everybody clearly wants to help them out in any way they can.

It has become apparent that one of the best ways we can offer our help and support is through fundraising. Knowing that in the days, weeks and months to come Olena and her children have all that they need to navigate their way through this devastating time, without any additional stress.

I know you will join us in sending all our thoughts, prayers and support to them all.
