Dave and Nancy St Angel Phantom Regiment Fund

Nancy St. Angel passed away December 15, 2023. Her children are starting this fund for Phantom Regiment in memory of Nancy and Dave St. Angel’s lifelong dedication to the Corps.

They met through drum corps.

They marched.

They volunteered.

They hosted members and instructors and alums.

They raised funds. Directed the corps. Worked on the food truck. Sewed uniforms.

And they were individually inducted into the Phantom Regiment Hall of Fame (Dave posthumously in the inaugural year 2016 and Nancy in 2022).

Donations will establish a corps Memorial Fund to celebrate Dave and Nancy St. Angel’s love for the Phantom Regiment.

A Memorial Gathering for Nancy St. Angel will be held from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, at Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, 1860 S. Mulford Rd. Rockford, IL 61108. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Dave and Nancy St. Angel Phantom Regiment Memorial Fund.
