Stacey Bragg Memorial Scholarship

Islands High School is mourning the passing of Stacey Bragg, a math teacher, coach and genuinely good person, who passed away suddenly.

To honor Ms. Bragg, her colleagues at Islands High School have established the Stacey Bragg - Islands High School "Senior Ideal Shark" Memorial Scholarship. Stacey Bragg lost her battle with cancer on April 22, 2023. She devoted her life to her family and her love of teaching. Bragg taught in the Savannah Chatham County Public School system for 28 years and at Islands High School since the school opened in 2010.

According to Stacey's colleagues, she was "born to teach." She genuinely loved the teaching profession, but most of all, her students. To honor her love and commitment to teaching, the money raised through the scholarship fund will be awarded to an Islands High School graduate pursuing a career in education. Please help us honor Stacey Bragg and her devotion to education through a contribution to her memorial scholarship fund.
