Hello, my name is Jerry Granger. My son, Stacey Granger, was admitted to Artesia Medical Center Tuesday afternoon and later that evening was flown to Las Palmas Medical Center in El Paso Tx where he was later diagnosed with a brain stem hemorrhage. The neurologist along with other members of the medical team refuse to do surgery on his brain because they say it is a high risk surgery and they say there is nothing that can be done. However, I know my son and how strong he is. He’s a fighter and we strongly believe he will come out of this. With the right surgeon who is willing to take on this surgery and give my boy a second chance, I know he will make it through with a full recovery. The problems we’re facing is we can’t find a hospital with a surgeon that will accept him due to the high risk of the surgery. Also, we are having a difficult time finding somewhere that’ll accept his insurance. I’m asking for help to raise enough to take him where he needs to go, wherever that may be, to save my son’s life. He’s a hardworking man and was generous when it came to helping others and with the help of you and God himself, we can get him through this. Please, help me save my son. Any little bit helps and is much appreciated.
