Our dear friend Stacey and her darling children Olin, Violet and Phoebe are making a fresh start in 2019!
As many of you know, the last year has seen lots of changes in Stacey's family. Stacey and Dennis are now divorced and he has accepted a job in Buffalo. Stacey and the kids have survived the roller coaster of 2018 and are committed to staying in their beloved hometown of Mequon and making a fresh start in a new home.
Stacey has been so lucky to have enjoyed support from friends and family near and far, but for those of us who love and adore Stacey and her kids...it's been hard to know how to help.
So here's our big chance!
Stacey needs financial help during this transition period. She's been working at two part-time jobs and picked up some consulting work...but the truth is that it's been hard for her to work during this transition period and with three kids at home.
The daily struggle of household expenses and moving expenses for a family of four, plus the money she has spent (and is still spending) to keep life as reasonably normal for the kids as possible, is causing hardship.
But the future begins now! Stacey has accepted a full time teaching position, the family home is for sale, Stacey and the kids are ready to downsize, and everyone is getting more comfortable with the new family dynamics.
We've set ourselves an audacious goal to help Stacey raise $7500 to get her through these next few months.
