Stacie Henry’s Medical and Expense Fund
Dear Friends and Family,
At the beginning of February 2021, my
younger sister, Stacie, was diagnosed with
invasive ductal carcinoma (breast cancer).
She is only 36 years old.
Since the cancer literally appeared overnight, the last few weeks have involved a biopsy,
mammograms, an MRI, many doctor
appointments, lab draws, an I.V. port
implanted, and tons of information to be
processed. The plan is for her to undergo
chemotherapy treatments to try to shrink the tumor and then have surgery in 3-4 months.
After surgery, she will need to continue
chemotherapy for at least a year.
Stacie is such an amazing and kindhearted
soul who is always there for others. Even
though she may be feeling overwhelmed
emotionally right now, she is a fighter! And as
I’ve witnessed first hand, her sense of humor will definitely get her through the tough days ahead!
As you can imagine, the medical bills and cost of living expenses that accompany a diagnosis such as this are huge. We understand that
these times are hard for everyone, but we
need her to stay positive and concentrate on
getting strong, rather than focusing on how
she’s going to pay bills.
We are asking that you might find it in your
hearts to donate to Stacie’s fund during this
very difficult time. Please share this link on
your social media and keep Stacie in your
prayers as we continue to update you
throughout her journey. Thank You!
With Love and Gratitude,
Jennifer
