Staff Fund: Kome, Sa-ten, Daruma & Ni-Kome

My name is Elizabeth and I am the Director of Operations for the Kome Group which includes: Kome Sushi Kitchen, Daruma Ramen, Sa-ten Coffee & Eats and Ni-Kome Sushi & Ramen.
I'm setting this Go Fund me up for the 125 employees from 5 different restaurants that have all been displaced due to COVID-19.
We are a small business that operates like a family, so when the choice was made to close our dining room doors before we were forced to do so, it hit us hard. Everything happened so fast that our staff had no time to prepare for any of it.
Our staff are hourly and tipped employees who work hard to make the living that they do, here in Austin. As a small business, we are doing what we can for them, but we can only do so much. Our goal is to raise $15,000 in order to provide our displaced staff with supplies or funding during this difficult time. How the donations will be used will be up to our staff.
