Stage 2: Looking Ahead

Hello friends, family, and GoFundMe contributors. My name is Victoria Dominguez and I am raising funds to help my sister, Christina Dominguez, through her ocular medical journey.

My sister has been struggling with her eyesight due to retinal detachment in both eyes. On February 17th she received the news that she is considered legally blind and her vision may continue to decline. We are hoping to delay her vision loss through any medical means necessary. This is where you come in with any financial assistance you can provide.

This medical journey will require a series of surgeries which entails time off from work, travel expenses, post-op care, and ongoing medical treatments. Your contributions will go directly to these expenses to get my sister the proper care she needs in the fight for her vision. Her next surgery will be taking place by the end of the year where the doctors will attempt to remove a cataract and reattach the retina in her left eye. We will update her progress and her next steps as needed.
