Stage 2 breast cancer uninsured treatment costs

My mom had found a lump in her breast and went to get it checked out. she had a biopsy done and that's when she received the results on June 9th 2023 that she has stage 2 breast cancer. She has to have surgery and chemotherapy treatment estimated at $18,000. She has no medical insurance and is now unable to get it which means she has to pay out of pocket needing to come up with a portion before each appointment to be treated.
