Stage 4 Colon Cancer Warrior

Greetings! My name is Brian, and I am a Stage 4 Colon Cancer warrior who can no longer put in the required 40 hours per week at my job due to my intense Chemotherapy treatments and the recovery time needed from those treatments. As a result, I am being "involuntarily separated" from my job. This will mean a loss of $2K per month in income in the short term.
