Stage 4 terminal cancer - Making memories

Hi everyone. We've created this page on behalf of our amazing friend Shaneene Ayres that was diagnosed in April with stage 4 terminal cancer.

Shaneene is the most selfless, loving, hardworking person we know and would give the shirt off her back to anyone in need. Since her diagnosis she has had to quit her full time job as she is currently undergoing chemotherapy. The side effects of her treatment make her very unwell and she has gone from living a very active life to being extremely isolated in her home. Shaneene's husband Darren is working full time but they are only just making ends meet.

Shaneene would love to be able to travel to Queensland to visit her family and also have the chance to soak up some of the warmer weather there as she has not been coping with the low temperatures in Melbourne.

Please help in trying to send Shaneene off to Queensland where she can make memories with her family. Donations will go towards arranging her flights and accommodation. Any leftover funds will be used to go towards daily living costs and maybe creating more memories with her family in the future.
