Stair Lift for Pam Ramoska

Hi everyone, my name is Michael, and I am fundraising for a stair lift for my mother, Pam. In May 2020, we received devastating news in our family when my mother was diagnosed with breast and bone cancer. Hip replacement and a double mastectomy were to follow the diagnosis. Cancer treatment started right away, and we saw great results at first. Six months after starting treatment, my mother went into remission and stayed there for close to a year. Six surgeries since 2020, lymphedema, melanoma and a type 2 diabetes diagnosis have made the last two years feel like an eternity. Unfortunately, cancer came out of its' dormant state in 2021, and the fight continued. We have been in and out of hospitals ever since. Most recently, my mother was diagnosed with neuropathy in her legs, caused by the chemotherapy, making it virtually impossible for her to do simple tasks like walking, cooking and cleaning. She has been unable to walk for the better part of 2022 due to neuropathy. Having stairs in her home has forced her to be confined to her room. I come to this platform in search of some help. My mother desperately needs a stair lift in her home. Having this stair lift would alleviate many problems she faces on a daily basis. As of late, she has felt like a prisoner in her room. Installation of a stair lift would help her feel somewhat normal again. My mother would be able to get around the house without assistance and get back to doing certain activities that would make her feel exponentially better. Please consider donating to her cause.
