Stalowa Wola respite centre for Ukraine orphans

I was born in and raised in Stalowa Wola and my family live in this wonderful city that is situated in South Eastern Poland. In the last three weeks, the Stalowa Wola community and the Polish Government have created the respite centre in Stalowa Wola to help deal with Ukraine orphans fleeing the conflict. With that comes associated cost and logistical issues. The centre provides accommodation, safeguarding and care for children evacuated from orphanages in Ukraine. The children stay at the Center until the organisers indicate their destination in Poland or other countries. I am seeking additional funding to ensure food, clothes, and personal hygiene products for them. So far, they have relied on sponsors and ordinary inhabitants' support. I have been in contact with the Stolowa Wola finance minister directly, they require support to deal with the influx. More than 1000 children have been cared for, and they need further help and funding. Anything you can contribute will go directly to the respite centre and greatly appreciated. Renata Xx
