My personal experience underscores the urgency of this cause. I fell victim to deceit when Demitrius Costello and Jessica Costello, posing as guests through AirBnB, overstayed their welcome and engaged in unlawful activities from my own home. They refused to leave my property at the end of their AirBnB contract, leaving me with significant financial burdens.

Their actions have cost me a substantial amount in legal fees, unpaid rent, unpaid utilities, and damages, exacerbating the already devastating impact of their deception. Moreover, they exploited the trust of our community by running an unlicensed marijuana dispensary called "Coastal Herb Company LLC" from my residential property, further endangering our neighborhood and violating the law.

But we refuse to let their deception prevail.
