Stand by David: Battling Debilitating Illness

Hello, my name is David McIntyre. I am prior service. Recently, I've been diagnosed with a thiamine deficiency, which is a degeneration of the nervous system, causing anxiety, disorders, depression, delirium, and other debilitating conditions.
