Stand by Frantz: Aid His Recovery

My name is Romeo Pastor and I'm a friend of Frantz Joseph.

Frantz is working under me, and while he has just been working with us for less than 3 months, he has shown how honest, efficient, and reliable he is.

From day one, when I gave him his start time of 1 AM to come in for work, he comes at exactly that time, not a minute late nor a minute early.

On his way out, after his work and an hour break, he punches out not a minute more of his day's work.

Rain or snow, and at midnight, using his regular bike from miles away, he was perfect in his attendance.

With this difficulty in transportation using a regular kid's bike, on his first check, he came with a smile and bought an electric bike.

Unfortunately, two months later, on March 4, 2025, he had an accident with this bike. He lost control, and his left foot was caught underneath and dragged, resulting in multiple fractured/broken ankle bones.

Surgery was successful, but right now, he needs help with his rent and some bills before he can go back to work. He tried disability, but he has just been working for less than three months in this country, so he may not be eligible for it. He is, by the way, an asylee from the violence-torn country of Haiti and has been in this country for less than a year.
