- Hello, meet John. Many of you know him as JR. He's 25. He will never live alone again or drive. He will never work again or be older than 21 in his brain. He has had a traumatic brain injury and even with all he is facing, he was living his best life, but he's had a severe infection that threatens his life again. His mother has not left his side. She's been there for him but has lost her job due to her absence, and her boyfriend has also taken off work to be by her side as much as possible. The doctors are hoping for 2 weeks to a month for his recovery. He is facing at least one more surgery. The family has really stepped up, but they need help. They have fallen behind on monthly expenses and have 3 other children to support. The family can't do this without you and your kindness. Please help.
