Stand By Lil Gage

Gage is my 7 year old Grandson. He has had a tragic life for being only 7 years old.  Six years ago, Gage lost his mother Cher, (My daughter) , to a horrific accident. Gage was only 22 months at the time. This left Gage, with his father, Danny, to raise him. Gage and his family had lived with me and my husband from the day he was born, til the day Cher passed away. I am lucky enough, to have had Gage in my life ever since. Danny made sure Gage was with me all the time. I have basically helped raise Gage.  Unfortunantely yesterday, 11/14/17, Gage's Father and other Grandmother, were guned down, and murdered by a crazy gunman at there home. Gage was not hurt, as he was in school, thank God. Gage has now lost both of his parents at the tender age of 7. My heart is broken beyond belief for Gage, and his family.  My task now, is to raise my Grandson, which I will do the best I can. My husband and I live on Social Security, and a small retirement.  I am going to have many, many expenses where Gage is concerned. First off being the legal issue of getting custody of Gage, which should be no problem I am hoping. But that is going to cost money. There will be a Trust Fund set up for Gage, with most of the donations from this fund. Gage now has to reajust his life, and we have to move him from his previous home, to Grandmas. Gage is going to need exstensive counselling, which is surley going to be expensive. But he will most certainly need it. I am going to have to get Gage clothes, shoes, and all the necessities a 7 year old would need.  Gage is going to have to attend a new school, make new friends which he has already told me, he does not want to do.  The expenses from this tragic event is going to mound up fast, and I just do not have the funds. I need help. Gage needs help.  Gage has now lost both parents at the tender age of 7. Now child should have to experience such a horrific event. Please help us in any way you can. Our hearts are breaking..We will be so greatful for any and all help as we suffer through this together. My Grandson is my whole world, and I will do whatever it takes, to make sure he is safe,  has all that he needs, and has a loving home, which he does!!..I thank you all from the bottom of my heart and appreciate anything.
