Stand by Lisa in Her Cancer Journey

Hello my name is Bruce Zellner. Our coworker and dear friend Russ Frye’s wife Lisa, at the age of 51 was recently diagnosed with invasive lobular carcinoma - a form of breast cancer. The new year will bring intense chemotherapy and radiation before undergoing a complete mastectomy. We are trying to raise money for Russ and Lisa to help with the enormous bills that have already started to pile up. Lisa will be off work indefinitely and Russ and his family will also be taking time off from work. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

I would like to thank all that generously donated to the Gofundme. I feel so blessed to have so many people willing to support my family and I at this difficult time. As some of you know, this past November I found a lump in my breast. After a biopsy and different scans, I was diagnosed with invasive lobular carcinoma, ER/PR positive HER2 negative. I have started chemo and just completed my second treatment last week. I will need 14 more chemo treatments, surgery and possibly radiation. This has all been very scary and stressful for myself and my family. Just knowing that your donation will help cover medical expenses is a great relief. Please know that your kindness and generosity is truly appreciated! Each of you is in my thoughts and heart!
